This Sencha Superior comes from Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan. Before harvest, the tea bushes are shaded for a limited period, allowing the tea to develop its mild, naturally sweet and exceptionally well-balanced character.
The fine, dark green leaves produce a bright green infusion. The flavour is fresh and clean, with delicate sweetness, subtle grassy notes and a long, harmonious finish.
