Area of application
These terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between us, H. Schwarzenbach AG, Münstergasse 17/19, 8001 Zurich and our customers. The information in the documents linked in these GTCs is an integral part of our GTCs. As part of the ordering process, you as the customer acknowledge the GTC in the version applicable at the time of placing the order. Any deviations require written confirmation on our part.
Contract conclusion
The minimum order value is CHF 20.
All orders will be confirmed to you by e-mail. Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct. The order confirmation only serves to inform you that we have received your order. Please check its contents for accuracy (e.g. delivery and billing address). A contract is only validly concluded when we declare acceptance of the contract by issuing an invoice to the customer, confirming the order (order confirmation), confirming by e-mail that the goods have left our warehouse (dispatch confirmation) or, at the latest, by delivering the goods. The contract is only concluded for those items that are expressly listed in our invoice/receipt or the order confirmation. This also conclusively determines the scope of performance. The contract shall be concluded in German. The data stored with us serve as proof of the conclusion of the contract and the transaction.
Since our delivery is assembled and dispatched as quickly as possible, a cancellation or change of your order after order confirmation is generally no longer possible.
Products, availability, guarantee and returns
We guarantee to offer the same high product quality with every order as in our shop in Zurich. If an item is not available, it will neither be charged nor forwarded at a later date. If the possibility exists, we will suggest a replacement product.
Products ordered by mistake will not be taken back or refunded.

Prices, shipping costs and delivery
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. We reserve the right to make price changes. In principle, the prices shown on the homepage at the time of the order apply. The prices do not include shipping and packaging costs. These are staggered according to weight and country of destination and can be seen when the order is placed and under delivery. Important note for heat-sensitive items (e.g. chocolate):
Heat-sensitive items sent by Swiss Post will be delivered to you by Priority in summer heat. Here it is important that you receive the parcel personally so that it is not unnecessarily exposed to the heat. If this is not possible for you, we recommend that you provide a different delivery address, e.g. your business address. This also applies to deliveries with Velokurier.
Payment
You can see the payment options under payment options and at the end of the order. When ordering on account, we carry out a credit check and reserve the right to request advance payment of the order.
The data for payment via Twint, Postfinance e-finance, credit and debit cards are transmitted in encrypted form and processed via the protected Postfinance platform.
Our company is certified according to the globally valid PCI DSS security standards.

Transfer of risk and benefit
Once the parcel has left our premises, we can no longer accept responsibility for it. In transit, this lies with the post office or the bike courier and after delivery with the customer. Please bear this in mind especially if the parcel is left outside the front door or with a neighbour.
Data privacy
As a matter of principle, we do not pass on any personal customer data to third parties. The only exception is the data required to process your order (e.g. delivery address for the post office). You can find further information in our data privacy statement.
By accepting the GTCs, the customer confirms the accuracy of the information provided.
