Select the desired payment option when completing your order and follow the instructions. The data is transmitted in encrypted form and processed via the protected Postfinance platform. Our company is certified according to the globally valid PCI DSS security standards.
Invoice
You will receive the invoice with the delivered products. The invoice is due within 30 days. If possible, please do not pay in cash at the post office counter, as this again incurs costs.
Please note that we carry out a credit check for orders on account and reserve the right to restrict this method of payment individually. In this case, you will be informed immediately by e-mail.
Prepayment
For the prepayment option, you will receive an email from us with the invoice and the necessary details for the bank transfer, including the QR deposit slip.

Please indicate the order number in the reason for payment. As soon as the payment has been credited to our account, the delivery will be sent to you. If we have not received payment after 10 working days, this order will be cancelled. You will of course be informed about this by e-mail.
Foreign bank transfers are a chargeable service provided by your bank. Therefore, when making the transfer, please make sure that you, as the customer, bear these costs so that we receive the full invoice amount.
Payment upon pick up
If you would like to collect your order from our shop in Zurich, you can pay for it in advance or directly with us.
Gift Card
You can also pay for your order with a Schwarzenbach gift card. Simply enter the voucher code when ordering and the voucher amount will be deducted from the invoice amount. Any remaining credit will be left on your gift card and can be redeemed for future orders.
Default of payment
If you are in default of payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees of up to CHF 18 before handing over the invoice to our collection service provider. Thereafter, the following costs shall apply in the event of late payment: processing fee (at the earliest after two written reminders after the invoice date, upon handover to collection service provider) according to www.fairpay.ch.
