This chocolate is made from the best organic Trinitario and Criollo cacao from the Elvesia plantation on the Samaná Peninsula, in the Dominican Republic. The couverture is conched for around 30 hours. This is noticeable in its mild chocolate flavour with a fine creamy caramel nuance, a long-lasting finish with a malty note (like Ovomaltine) and a hint of vanilla.
