Struzen Chips are a regional speciality from South Tyrol. These crisp rye crackers are made with hazelnuts, sultanas, currants and aromatic spices such as caraway, fennel and blue fenugreek. They pair beautifully with a glass of wine and cheese, but are equally delicious enjoyed on their own as a savoury snack.
