This exceptional green tea originates from Taohuadao (Peach Blossom Island) in China’s Zhejiang Province. Buddhist Tea takes its name from nearby Mount Putuo, one of China’s four sacred Buddhist mountains.
The young, delicately downy leaves are hand-rolled into elegant spirals. The clear infusion is medium-bodied, offering delicate sweetness, subtle floral notes, a gentle hint of pleasant bitterness, and a long, smooth finish.
