This chocolate comes from Vietnam’s first organic-certified cacao plantation, OCA, located in the Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu region. It stands out for its fruitiness and pleasant acidity. Bold flavors of rhubarb and mango are complemented by green woody notes, adding a touch of astringency and bitterness, resulting in a complex flavor profile. The cacao is grown on a small one-hectare plantation where six individuals contribute to the harvest, as well as the meticulous fermentation and drying process. This chocolate embodies its unique origin and the passion infused into every step of its production.
The Notes de Fève manufactory is located in Matran, near Fribourg. The chocolatiers adapt each recipe to the specific harvest to bring out the characteristic aromas in the best possible way. Each chocolate is made from carefully selected cocoa and processed individually. The cocoa beans come from selected growing regions in South America, Africa, and Asia, known for their exceptional cocoa varieties.
Ethical principles and transparency are fundamental values. The goal is to promote fair, sustainable trade and foster a conscious appreciation for high-quality chocolate.
