This dark chocolate is crafted from cocoa beans of wild, over 60-year-old trees in La Mar, Ayacucho, Peru. Exceptionally smooth and well-balanced in flavor, it captivates with its spice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and refreshing cardamom.
Since 2016, Elfi and Maxime have been producing chocolates in Montreal from the best Peruvian cacao, bought directly, that are second to none.
