The Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Primo” is produced in the Monti Iblei, at an altitude of 350-450 metres above sea level, from centuries-old D.O.P. certified olive groves of the Tonda Iblea variety.
The oil has an intensely fruity fragrance with pronounced notes of green tomato, freshly cut grass and fresh herbs. The flavour is full-bodied and intense, bitterness and pungency are present and balanced. Excellent on grilled meat and fish, soups and salads, bruschetta, caprese or on grilled vegetables.
