Candied strawberries, steeped in lemon juice and elderflower tea. Pairs beautifully with braided bread, brioche, croissants, natural yoghurt, cream cheese or mild goat’s cheese. Also delicious with desserts such as cheesecake, panna cotta, vanilla ice cream or crêpes.
