The cacao for this exquisite dark milk chocolate comes from ASOPEP (Asociación de Productores Ecológicos de Planadas), a cooperative of organic cacao farmers from Planadas, Tolima, Colombia. Founded to improve market access and enhance the livelihoods of its members through the sale of high-quality organic cacao, ASOPEP’s beans impart a distinctive character to the chocolate. Creamy whole milk, unrefined whole cane sugar, and a hint of malt create a rich, smooth, and intense flavor experience.
