This speciality from “en bocal” is made in La Chaux-de-Fonds. It is stirred by hand for several hours, resulting in an unmistakably creamy caramel spread. Cream, milk, butter, sugar and Alpine salt come from Swiss production and are refined with natural fruits, herbs and spices.
Wonderful for refining desserts or simply to enjoy with a spoon.
