Carrack is a chocolate maker in the heart of Geneva. Inspired by the stories and traditions of cocoa, Emile and his friend Alain founded “Carrack Chocolat” in 2021, named after the historic ships that once brought cocoa to Europe. Carrack embodies a sustainable bean-to-bar philosophy, where carefully selected cocoa is crafted with artisanal precision to highlight the pure essence of cacao.
