Tai Ping Hou Kui is visually as well as in flavour a very exceptional tea. It comes from the province of Anhui, the original place is around the village of Hou Keng. The long leaves (2 leaves and a bud) are pressed and dried in elaborate manual work, in different steps. Its cup is bright, soft and full at the same time. This speciality delights with its intense character and a lot of freshness.
