The family business Albertengo is one of the best artisan panettone and colombe producers in Italy. The light, moist quality is a sign of high craftsmanship. Only select ingredients are used in production such as pure butter, Italian raisins, almonds or Piedmontese hazelnuts and only self-candied fresh fruit. The eggs all come from free-range hens.
