Sukari, also called “Royale Date”, is a cone-shaped, yellow-brown date with protruding, wrinkled skin. Juicy and soft, with a mild-sweet, aromatic flavour, these dates are a highly sought-after variety. The crystallised fructose provides a crunchy bite.
Sukari should preferably be stored in a cool place and served fresh.
