Meadows, steep pastures and vast spruce forests define the landscape of the Naintschgraben region in Austria. For this double-fermented honey, fully ripened combs are placed back into the hive, where the bees rework them a second time. The result: a fantastic aroma of fir, moss and thyme, combined with an exceptionally thick, luscious sweetness.

Gruber Beekeeping is a family business based in the Melk district, run by Johannes Gruber.
