A specialty made from whole mustard seeds that are pickled in a vinegar marinade, giving them a soft, slightly crunchy texture similar to caviar. The vinegar and a touch of salt naturally preserve the mustard without additional preservatives, allowing it to retain its quality and flavour for up to four months after opening when refrigerated.
Seasoned with lime juice and the lemony andaliman pepper, this mustard goes very well with smoked fish, tofu or even crunchy cooked vegetables.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
