The organic Sakhejung tea plantation is located in eastern Nepal and run by women. At over 2,000 meters in the Himalayan mountains, exceptional and characterful specialty teas are crafted here. This white tea from the first spring harvest is hand-rolled and features silvery shimmering tips. Clear and floral in the cup, it unfolds a gentle sweetness with a lightly floral note on the palate. An elegant, lively astringency adds tension, while the mouthfeel is dense and full-bodied with a long, harmonious finish.
