The bright red Pannonian paprika powder (Paprika edelsüss) is purely obtained from the Rubin variety. The dried peppers are ground without the stalks and the result is an aromatic, sweet-fruity, slightly tart paprika powder.
Tip: Do not cook paprika powder over high heat, otherwise it becomes bitter.
