Boris Bachofen has devoted more than 35 years to beekeeping and tree cultivation with great passion. He produces outstanding honeys in the region around Lake Neuchâtel.
The rapeseed honey (miel de colza) is harvested in the small farming village of Rossenges and is characterised by its light beige colour and exceptionally fine crystallisation. The aroma is gently fruity, while the palate is smooth and delicately balanced.
