In the state of Chiapas in southern Mexico, where ideal conditions for cocoa cultivation prevail, lies the Soconusco region, the origin of the fine Criollo beans used for this chocolate. Alongside its characteristically creamy flavour profile, the chocolate bar reveals delicate notes of malt and red currants.
“Making art through chocolate” is the motto of Katalin Csiszár and Zsolt Szabad, and anyone who has held and tasted their chocolate knows it to be true.
