This syrup of elderflower extract and apple juice is refreshingly light with water, comforting when served warm, and wonderfully aromatic in cocktails like the Hugo. It also lends a subtle note to desserts.
All Sirupier de Berne products are naturally crafted from the juices of dried herbs or fruits, without any flavour enhancers. Their long shelf life is due to a combination of sugar, citric acid, and hot filling. The vibrant colours result from gentle processing. Cloudiness is harmless, simply shake well before use.
