Due to its fine, vanilla-, almond-like nuances, it is well suited for desserts of all kinds, fruits, compotes, jams, etc.. It’s also a delight in savory cuisine. The caramel-like aroma harmonizes very well with veal, fish or seafood. Use in moderation.
