The sun-dried grapes of the Zibibbo variety from Pantelleria are particularly aromatic, sweet, with a fleshy texture and with seeds. The Zibibbo sultanas are an ideal accompaniment to mature cheeses or fresh goat cheese. Excellent in a glass of sweet wine, in vanilla ice cream or in yoghurt.
