In the south-east of Darjeeling, near Kurseong, you will find the famous Jungpana plantation. This tea garden, founded in 1899, has been producing a large part of its tea under organic conditions for years. Isolated and only reachable by foot, exceptional first and second flush teas have been harvested here for decades.
The 10th plucking is balanced, fresh with a typical first flush note. The leaf is evenly voluminous with light green leaf tips.
