Turcet Piemontesi are a crisp speciality from Piedmont. The delicate dough, made from flour, water, butter, honey, yeast and salt, is rolled in sugar and baked until golden.
Also known as «Taralli dolci», they are the sweet counterpart to grissini. They pair beautifully with ice cream or zabaglione, but are equally delicious enjoyed on their own.
Crisp and refined – anyone who likes palmiers will love Turcet!
