This speciality from “en bocal” is made in La Chaux-de-Fonds. It is stirred by hand for several hours, creating a distinctively creamy caramel spread. Cream, milk, butter, sugar and Alpine salt are sourced from Swiss production and refined with wild-harvested Ethiopian Arabica coffee.

Wonderful for enhancing desserts or simply enjoying by the spoonful.
