Milk caramel cream made from milk, sugar and vanilla, according to a South American recipe.
As a spread as well as an ingredient for the preparation of desserts such as pudding, flan or ice cream. Also as a cake filling e.g. Torta de mil hojas (thousand leaf cake) from puff pastry, or simply on a spoon.
