Japan green tea, Tamaryokucha organic

This exclusive tea of the highest quality comes from the prefecture Shizuoka. Unlike other Japanese green teas, its leaves are steamed and then subjected to a special roller drying process, resulting in a fine leaf shaped into a “comma”. Its cup is bright yellow in colour with an intense, clear flavour. Delicate, aromatic tones harmonize perfectly with the fine tannic acid. Sweet undertones remind of the scent after a summer thunderstorm.
