Aromatic dried cherry tomatoes from Sicily, produced by hand. As they are lightly salted, they are wonderful to eat just like this, but they are also great for seasoning pasta, rice, poké bowls, to garnish bruschette and pizza or to flavour sauces. Soak in lukewarm water for a few hours before use.
