This expressive Forastero cocoa (parazinho) comes from the Bahia region in the northeast of Brazil. Despite the pure cocoa (without sugar), this chocolate has lovely smooth, slightly woody and earthy characteristics. The cocoa nibs give the chocolate a Chrispy character. A pleasant taste lingers long on the palate.
