Since 1920, this plantation in the northwest of Madagascar, in the Sambirano Valley, has been producing the best Criollo and Trinitario cocoa.
This chocolate smells intensely of cocoa and its colour is not white as usual, but rather beige. On the palate, a balanced, not too sweet caramel flavour delights. A new dimension of white chocolate enjoyment.
