The Chardwar tea garden is located in northern Assam, near the city of Tezpur and on the northern bank of the Brahmaputra River. The warm, humid climate and fertile soils give its teas a strong, aromatic character.
This Assam tea is distinguished by its wiry leaves and a medium-bodied, pleasantly brisk cup. Its characteristic malty flavour makes it an excellent morning tea, enjoyable both on its own and with a splash of milk.
