The combination of Trinchera cocoa, mandarin oranges and liquorice made us curious. First you notice the fine cocoa flavour of the Venezuelan cocoa, followed by the liquorice note and in the aftertaste the subtle fruity note of mandarins.
“Casa Cacao” is not only a manufacturer of exceptional chocolate, but also a hotel and café. In Girona, near Barcelona, Jordi Roca and his team have been producing wonderful chocolates since 2018.
Casa Cacao buys the cocoa directly from the producer and tries to express all the richness of a cocoa bean in a chocolate.
