Chanterelle is one of the most popular edible mushrooms.
Use: Soak the chanterelles in warm water for approx. 2 hours. Then drain in a sieve.
These mushrooms bring an original flavour to your sauces, risotto, pasta, vegetables, meat and poultry.
As a garnish, sauté in a little butter with some onion, garlic and parsley, season.
