Tai Ping Hou Kui is an exceptional green tea, both in appearance and flavour. It originates from Anhui Province in China, with its original growing area centred around the village of Hou Keng.
Its distinctive long leaves, consisting of two leaves and a bud, are carefully hand-pressed and gently dried through several traditional processing steps. The pale infusion is smooth yet full-bodied. Its intense, almost spicy character is beautifully balanced by remarkable freshness, creating a truly distinctive tea experience.
