In the mountainous region of the Wu Yi Mountains is the city of Anxi. From this area comes this rarity from the spring harvest.
The gnarled, twisted leaf was only briefly fermented and is of the highest quality. Its bright yellow infusion has a flowery aroma with sweetish nuances. Its flavour lingers on the palate for a long time, without any bitterness.
Be sure to infuse this oolong several times. (Kung-Fu method)
