This yellow tea is produced in a similar way to green tea. However, the tea leaves are withered at high room humidity, which allows the tea to oxidise slowly. This processing method produces a tea that is particularly smooth and soft. It has long, slightly twisted leaves. Its infusion is floral with a slightly bready flavour and the finest perfume-like nuances.
