China yellow tea, Sunon Yellow Tea

This yellow tea is processed in a similar way to green tea. After heating, however, the leaves are rested under warm, slightly humid conditions, allowing their characteristic smooth and rounded flavour to develop. The long, lightly twisted leaves produce a mellow, aromatic infusion with floral nuances, delicate bready notes and a subtly fragrant finish. Compared with finer yellow bud teas, Sunon has a somewhat stronger and more expressive character.
