This Arabica coffee, grown under the best conditions, comes from the area around Cajamarca in northern Peru. Around 200 farmers belong to this co-operative and produce wonderful coffee in a sustainable way. The caffeine is extracted from the green coffee using CO2 in a particularly gentle way and without chemicals. The excellent quality highland coffee gives a balanced, flavoursome cup and you will hardly notice that it is decaffeinated coffee. Maximum coffee enjoyment without making your heart beat faster.
