This pure”Himbeerbalsamessig” is aged for at least 4 years in wooden barrels. Pure raspberry vinegar and the juice of fresh raspberries result in an intensely raspberry-scented vinegar, which is characterized by its dark red, almost black color. We recommend this delicacy with carpaccio, salads (leaf salads, nut salads) and fruit desserts. Wonderful also as aperitif mixed with champagne or cava.
