Fischerauer white wine vinegar 2,5dl

For this excellent “Weissweinessig”, the most important and widespread grape variety from Austria, the Grüner Veltliner, was fermented into a soft and typical vinegar. The storage in wooden barrels gave the vinegar its typical vanilla character with a soft honey note and the peppery spiciness of the wine. Every household should have this vinegar.
