Fleur de Sel Ibiza in ceramic pot 28g

This delicate Fleur de Sel is harvested in the «Parc Natural de ses Salines d’Eivissa» nature reserve on Ibiza. Under favourable weather conditions, fine salt crystals form on the surface of the salt pans. They are carefully skimmed off by hand and gently dried in the sun, retaining their natural moisture, minerals and trace elements.
With its mild, aromatic flavour and delicate, crisp texture, this Fleur de Sel is ideal for enhancing dishes and as a finishing salt at the table.
