This Sencha Kabuse Superior comes from Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan. Before harvest, the tea bushes are shaded for a period of time, giving the tea its mild, delicately sweet and exceptionally well-balanced character.
The fine, dark green needles produce a brilliant green infusion. On the palate, it is fresh and clean, with delicate sweetness, light grassy notes and a long, harmonious finish.
