Shincha (新茶), meaning “new tea,” refers to the first and most delicate harvest of the year in Japan. Our Shincha Saeakari from Shizuoka Prefecture is crafted exclusively from young, freshly steamed leaves. This early picking gives the tea its refined floral aroma and a harmonious, gently sweet freshness, making it one of the most elegant teas of the season.
