Organic Sejak Green Tea comes from the Jiri Mountains in southern Korea. The leaves are harvested in early May, then traditionally pan-fired before being rolled and dried several times. This process gives the tea its characteristic gently curled leaves.
The infusion offers delicate aromas, fine roasted notes and a subtle sweetness. At the same time, it is full-flavoured, beautifully balanced and surprisingly powerful.
