Already the scent of this cocoa bar gives you a sense of freshness. On the palate, its flavour gradually develops into a powerful chocolate full of character with notes of exotic fruits (pineapple). The subtle tartness gives it a pleasant and long-lasting flavour.
Millésime Chocolat is a Belgian manufacturer of organic chocolate bean to bar. The founder, Jean-Christophe Hubert, focuses on the processing of raw cacao beans, from roasting to the production of the final products, respecting manufacturing processes of the past.
As with wine, Millésime only processes beans from exceptional plantations and soils to highlight their characteristics. They do not mix harvests, regions or vintages, and all their production is certified organic. This results in wonderful chocolates full of character, but only in limited quantities.
