Beautiful cocoa beans from the llama rainforest produce an exceptional chocolate with complex notes of flowers and spicy fruits. Combined with finely salted caramel brittle, the result is a surprising taste experience.

Millésime Chocolat is a Belgian manufacturer of organic chocolate bean to bar. The founder, Jean-Christophe Hubert, focuses on the processing of raw cacao beans, from roasting to the production of the final products, respecting manufacturing processes of the past.
As with wine, Millésime only processes beans from exceptional plantations and soils to highlight their characteristics. They do not mix harvests, regions or vintages, and all their production is certified organic. This results in wonderful chocolates full of character, but only in limited quantities.
