Mustard seeds black 80g

Black mustard seeds have a very intense fragrance and are much spicier than yellow mustard seeds. They can be used as whole seeds, crushed or ground and are suitable for making spicy mustard, for Indian dishes or for pickling cucumbers and mixed pickles.
Dry roasting increases the nutty flavour.
